As with most organizations, Veolia had to react overnight to the Covid19 situation. The ITSM CoE, responsible for all things ServiceNow, were due to hold their quarterly team and planning meeting a couple of weeks after the lockdown and had to move to a fully virtual way of working in that time.

Using the ServiceNow® Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) application (part of the ITBM suite), they managed to both continue with planning, but also evolve their dev and agile processes to meet the new "norm".
