Kevin O'Brien is Director of SaaS Strategy & Programs for Worldwide Alliances & Channels at Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for ongoing development and execution of Oracle's SaaS partnering strategy. Mr. O'Brien has also worked in Oracle's Technology Channel Program Office which launched high growth initiatives targeted at mid-sized businesses. Before that, Mr. O'Brien worked in the North America Sales organization focused on go-to-market for the ISV, channel and inside sales divisions.

Milan leads the Oracle SaaS Program Office which helps partners get educated and enabled on the Oracle SaaS Platform. He works with ISVs & SI's worldwide to help them transition to SaaS using Oracle technologies. Milan also has responsibility for ISV technology partnerships leveraging the Oracle Database, Fusion Middleware, and Enterprise Manager products. Before Oracle, he worked in business development, product marketing, and engineering roles at Sun Microsystems, AMD, and a couple of startups.
