A 2021 commissioned Forrester Consulting study ‘Optimize your cloud management strategy and succeed’ found that cloud challenges exist beyond initial adoption; in fact, they intensify during ongoing cloud management. The challenges faced are so significant, that nearly 80% of those surveyed said they negatively impacted their firm’s ability to realise their intended digital transformation outcomes.
