Today, businesses can be shut down for hours if just one employee opens the wrong email attachment. This risk is forcing companies to take a broader look at their exposure, and in particular the cyber resilience processes they have in place to avoid damaging compromise.

Yet, more than half of Australian companies admit they have no cyber resilience plans in place, according to iTnews-Mimecast Australian Cyber Resilience Survey (ACRS). Just 47.5% of the 257 IT decision-maker respondents said they currently have a cyber resilience strategy in place.
