The gender pay gap

This survey of 1,000 UK workers by CV-Library found that the pay gap is still a concern for professionals working in the UK, with many of them admitting to being affected by pay inequality.

It’s clear that many people working in the UK have, at some point, been affected by the gender pay gap, with just under a quarter of women (23.3%) admitting to being affected one way or another by unequal wages. This is in stark contrast to only 8% of men who claim to have been affected by the gender pay gap.
