VansonBourne asked over 300 UK technology purchases, and 59 UK technology marketers, how they use social. A clear majority of marketers use market data reports (69%), customer feedback surveys (68%) and market research (64%) but less than half of them use social media/analytics (44%) and less than one third social media tools (31%).
