Province Groningen in the Netherlands had been using an outdated, self-developed solution for employee onboarding, changes and offboarding. In this old solution, known as ‘Data Warehouse,’ almost everything had to be tuned manually.
This meant the onboarding and offboarding of employees took a lot of time, and after a while, this self-developed system could no longer support these processes.
