For many organisations, there has been a shift in focus. More and more companies are looking to switch from their legacy service desk systems and are focusing on standardising systems globally.

The move is about convergence and going back to basics, with an increased focus on providing IT operational excellence with existing solutions, rather than a drive to add more products, features and functionality.
