Rob Chen

Rob Chen, senior product marketing manager for the NetScaler web application delivery product line at Citrix Systems, Inc. Prior to Citrix, Rob spent six years at Array Networks where he most recently was responsible for marketing and management for Array’s L4-L7 traffic management solution. Prior to this, he held positions in sales and business development, where he increased Array Networks’ channel coverage and sales in Asia Pacific and secured key enterprise reference accounts in the region. Prior to Array Rob lead web and ecommerce efforts at American Express and FMP. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a MBA from Cornell University.

Jim Metzler

Dr. Jim Metzler, VP of Ashton Metzler & Associates consulting group, is a widely recognized authority on both network technology and its business applications.  He has assisted numerous vendors to refine their product and service strategies and helped many enterprises evolve their network infrastructure. 

Dr. Metzler holds a Ph.D. in Numerical Analysis from Boston University. He has co-authored a book entitled “Layer 3 Switching: A Guide for IT professionals”.
