Before joining Wainhouse Research he spent 10 years at a major multi-national company specializing in telecommunications, particularly the deployment of IP networks, IP Telephony and more recently Unified Communications. At Wainhouse Research he provides consultancy in the area of IP Telephony and Unified Communications.
