A Buyer's Guide to IP PBX Options

If you are considering moving to an IP-based telephony system or service you not only have a wide range of options, but more choices are becoming available all the time. Also, vendor terminology can add a level of complexity when sorting through the options.

This white paper:

  • Defines and reviews three alternative approaches - outright purchase, managed services, and hosted services.
  • Clearly defines the three available IP PBX options
  • Presents a guide to mapping system options to your critical business requirements
  • Provides a summary of key considerations and a typical business profile for each option.
