Michael Giacometti Instructor, Mercury Michael Giacometti is a Mercury TestDirector® CPC and a Mercury Certified Instructor with more than seven years of QA experience. He is currently a QA architect for a Fortune 500 financial services company. His responsibilities include creation and implementation of a companywide QA process, creation and technical management of an Automation Center of Excellence, and the overall administration and implementation of one of the largest Mercury TestDirector sites in the world, with more than 2,500 users. Michael has created more than 25 applications to support Mercury TestDirector and has presented at conferences such as Mercury World and QAI USA.
