Danbury Public Schools triples efficiency with Dell cloud client computing
sponsored by Dell, Inc.

Danbury Public Schools were prepared to purchase new computers for student use, but they could not afford to hire an additional technician for management of the machines. After evaluation of the total cost of ownership of various options, DPS deployed Dell access applications, which relies on a Dell storage infrastructure. This implementation proved to be extremely beneficial to the students.

The administrators of DPS firmly believe in the ability of information and technology to help prepare students for their personal and professional futures. So when at least 30% of Danbury's high school students began using the virtual environment outside of school hours, they considered the implementation well worth it. This case study lays out the details of DPS's system implementation and success.
