In 1995, after more than 10 years in the Aerospace Engineering industry, Susan Blocher joined the IBM Corporation as a software marketing manager, first leading IBM WebSphere marketing for three years and then IBM Tivoli marketing for four more years. In 2007, Susan became the Global Vice President of IBM System Storage marketing, and in 2009, she moved into the growth markets as the IBM Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
