ABSTRACT:
Cloud computing has gone through various stages of the hype cycle but now offers real opportunities for channel partners, particularly as a hybrid environment starts to become the norm for most customers. The SME community is starting to understand the benefits of outsourcing IT to the cloud and for resellers there are various applications and services that can help generate revenues. Plenty of education is still required and customers remained slightly confused and cautious about the technology but as this issue illustrates there are genuine business opportunities for resellers and genuine benefits for customers.
