The developments in mobile computing have caused a need for organizations to be able to support multiple endpoints across their environment, delivering a user’s specific desktop to wherever it is needed. This critical paper discusses a user-centric approach to desktop virtualization which enables a stateless workplace that delivers the same look and feel across various devices and locations, allowing for greater agility and increased user productivity.
