Microsoft has made big steps in the past year to make its Dynamics business applications easier to use and more attractive to adopt, including mobile device support for Dynamics CRM and more vertically-focused functionality for Dynamics AX.
In comparison, Nucleus found its Convergence announcements more incremental than groundbreaking.
