IT Download Description: dgdiscover inspects local networks to find databases running in the environment. It identifies Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2 and Sybase databases. It then automatically searches databases to identify sensitive information. Pre-defined templates allow users to search for specific data types to efficiently comply with most all data privacy regulations such as PCI, HIPAA, and PII. Also allows for custom searches based on enterprise and industry specific sensitive data definitions. Results are provided in easy-to-interpret graphical summaries of search results for audit and data tracking purposes as well as recommendations of data to mask or encrypt.
