sponsored by Sage Software

Lean Manufacturing techniques can produce "breakthrough" results. Much of the talk about Lean focuses on discrete manufacturing operations. Lean does require very detailed information about your production processes, and capabilities such as workflow and exception-based alerts will help make Lean manageable.
