Ten years ago, Pearson selected Northern’s flagship, standalone product Quota Server to lock down on storage usage needs. Now Pearson is looking for a single tool that can provide information vital to their storage management.

Pearson’s infrastructure support team evaluated several products and ultimately selected Northern Storage Suite, which in addition to including an enhanced Quota Management module, included a sophisticated reporting tool and a user portal for user self-management, enhanced storage automation and built-in chargeback functionality.
