ABSTRACT:
Disk-based backup, deduplication, and MAID are three of the most talked about technologies in the storage industry - each is so popular that organizations often purchase them individually to leverage the capabilities they can bring to their environments. These three technologies address critical concerns of today's businesses - minimizing reliance on tape, reducing storage consumption and improving operational efficiency.
Join Brian Babineau, Senior Analyst with ESG, as he explores high-speed, power-efficient deduplication with industry innovators Nexsan and FalconStor who have formed a strategic venture to deliver the cost saving benefits of these technologies in an integrated system designed to optimize almost any backup environment and deliver immediate ROI.
