He has broad engineering experience developing computer systems hardware and software at RCA Corporation, General Electric, and CODAR Technology, Inc. Phil also has extensive experience in the set-up of IT distribution channels in the USA and Europe. He holds the degree Bachelor of Science Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, and earned an MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver, Colorado.
