HP has developed an innovative approach to quality management based on optimizing the entire application lifecycle. The HP approach focuses on the three attributes that determine success or failure of application delivery: functionality, performance, and security, and takes into account all of the key roles across IT that interact with the application lifecycle. This paper describes the HP approach and highlights the key opportunities to reduce the risks, costs, and time required to develop, deliver, and maintain high quality applications.
