This document is based on a Cognos, an IBM Company/TechTarget webcast entitled "BI and Performance Management: Best Practices for Your SAP Investment." In this document, Mark Smith, the CEO and EVP Research at Ventana Research and Bob Corson, Senior Manager, Product Marketing for Cognos software with SAP, will discuss some common challenges seen with customers in terms of getting information from SAP data.
