ABSTRACT:
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) must evolve to meet the changing requirements of business. These challenges need to be supported by a new generation of ALM tools that break down functional silos and promote collaboration and role-focused views of the application lifecycle.
The SearchSoftwareQuality E-Guide: Application Lifecycle Management discusses the benefits and drawbacks of consistency in ALM and provides an overview of the challenges associated with building and managing quality into the software development life cycle (SDLC). It provides a thorough overview of ALM 2.0 and how it will help ALM practitioners bring their processes and tools together to meet the challenges in the new application development environment.
