Starting with a single team in 2000, Ian has led a variety of organizations in their transition to agile methods. As Development VP at Alogent , Ian combined aspects of Scrum with select XP practices for scaling across multiple teams and products. The resulting Scrum-wrapped XP implementation is now a fairly common model within the agile community.
