After using an earlier version of Sunbelt's enterprise antispam solution, the college reviewed a number of software solutions and found Ninja to be the best product at the best price. Roberts installed Ninja over a year ago to support its 2,500 faculty and staff users.

 

Ninja is a software-based solution because it allows users to have control over what they feel is spam and what is not. With a hardwarebased system we would have to play that role and we might not always make the same determinations as our users as to what is spam.

 

Field indicated it took him less than 30 minutes to install Ninja on his Exchange server and it was very easy and straightforward. He also feels the footprint on Roberts' network is very small.
