As more and more documents are on the computer and less and less are on paper, we ask ourselves the question of if record managers are needed. Read this paper to learn about why record management is now more important than ever. Controlling records can result in significant cost servings in terms of data storage and IT. In order to make the task of classifying information more effective as it automates the process of classification rather than manually doing it. Discover in this paper what a company needs to do in order to be successful, including having an updated policy, enforcing it, and making it automated.
