John has worked for 21 years in international telecommunications network performance analysis, technical support, design and deployment. He is currently a lead engineer in the IP Transformation practice responsible for IMS network design support. John earned a B.E.E. degree from the University of Minnesota.

Prabhakar Narayanaswamy
Management Consultant, IP Transformation, Alcatel-Lucent
Prabhakar is currently a lead consultant in the IP Transformation consulting group within Alcatel-Lucent’s Network Integration Division (NID). He has about 10 years R&D, technical consulting experience in the various disciplines of the telecommunications industry with Lucent Technologies, and Alcatel-Lucent. Over the past few years, Prabhakar has been focused on projects with Service Providers within North America and across the globe to assist them with their network transformation move to Next-Gen/IMS Networks.

Rupy Sikka
Managing Principal, IP Transformation, Alcatel-Lucent
Rupy has more than 11 years of experience in telecom supporting wireless and wireline design, integration, performance analysis and project management functions in addition to his experience in information technology and data networking. Rupy is presently leading the mobile IP Transformation practice responsible for IMS design, integration and NGN migration services.

Morgan Stern
Principal Consultant, Global Convergence Center of Excellence, Alcatel-Lucent
As a Principal Consultant for Alcatel-Lucent Services, Morgan Stern advises service providers worldwide as they plan for and implement their network transformation initiatives. In his role, Stern draws upon more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries to assist clients with their IMS architecture design, migration to VoIP, access network transformations, IT integration, and network convergence strategies. During his career, Stern has also written three books as well as a variety of articles and white papers on IP network, network security, and directory services.

Jose Rodriguez Salazar
Management Consultant, Alcatel-Lucent
Jose has more than twelve years of experience driving large-scale network deployments including wireless, wireline, intelligent networks, and IMS network design. He has several certifications in IP/TCP, SIP, 3GPP/3GPP-2, SS7, IS-41, IS-826. As an expert on protocols, architecture and application services, he is in the key position of executing on the vision and supporting the migration of TDM to IP-based networks in new IMS/NGN projects. Jose also has significant experience in NGN/IMS network design and architecture.
