ABSTRACT:
Microsoft is implementing changes to how fees will be structured for Enterprise Software advisors (ESAs) to meet new Enterprise agreement requirements for customers with greater than 6,000 PCs. This is also known as the Enterprise Service agreement 2.1, and all Microsoft partners will need to demonstrate at least one of the following Software asset management (Sam) approaches to retain applicable fees.
Through the use of highly effective software inventory assessment and reporting applications coupled with the power of the Internet, this paper will demonstrate options and ease of use for partners to ensure its customers meet the new ESa 2.1 compliance standard.
