ABSTRACT:
FACTS®Web™ is the first e-business platform designed specially for healthcare administrators using the FACTS® system. FACTSWeb facilitates the sharing of real-time information directly from your FACTS® system to insureds, employees, and provider's web browsers through the Internet.
The integration of the FACTS® EDI™ and FACTSWeb technologies allows authenticated providers and other users to submit EDI files - claims, pre-cert requests, and eligibility inquiries - electronically and directly to the FACTS® system through the FACTSWeb system. Use of this web-enabled technology helps providers enhance their operational efficiencies and reduce administrative overhead. It will also enable them to more quickly and effectively handle HIPAA compliance issues by easing the implementation and administration of HIPAA EDI transactions.
