ABSTRACT:
An enterprise CIO shares her perspective on how service providers can help enterprises extend and advance their networks through a Service Delivery Environment (SDE). This document explains how an SDE brings together a framework that offers an ecosystem for the development, deployment and management of sophisticated services; delivers the high degree of customization, integration and control enterprises need; tightly integrates service creation, execution and management capabilities with the intelligence and distributed control of a service provider network; and enables delivery of secure, reliable, dynamic and context-and presence-sensitive services for optimal Quality of Experience.
