ABSTRACT:
When designing & installing a data center structured cabling system, it is imperative to know with a great degree of certainty whether or not the system is truly going to work. For fiber optic channels supporting high speed networks such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet, this is a very complex task.
Today, trying to push a structured cabling system for maximum performance frequently leads to frustration due to the lack of flexibility and stricter limitations imposed when supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
This webcast will provide you with the information and tools to help you design an optimized, flexible fiber optic cable plant for your data center with certainty and simplicity.
Attend this webcast to explore:
- Details behind current link loss budget standards
- New technologies that help to overcome these limitations
- A new tool that aids in the design of data center fiber optic infrastructure
- New products that add versatility and organization to the data center
- And more
