Bethesda Interactive Solutions evaluated Google for this project, but chose Coveo Enterprise Search (CES) because it provided the best performance for the project requirements -- easily indexing 4.5GB of information, offering an intuitive configuration, and supporting an implementation cycle of less than one week. In addition, CES automatically respects document security so the public cannot access secure documents on the toxicology.org website. To date, CES fields approximately 5,000 queries a month from the toxicology.org website and plays a key role in helping the public locate key information on human and environmental health.
