ABSTRACT:
Initiate Systems, a leader in customer data integration, has again enhanced Initiate Identity Hub™ software and its related applications. Initiate Identity Hub 5.1 software makes many more configurability options available to system administrators, which enables them to fine-tune the program to better suit their business objectives. Additionally, we also made several enhancements, based on customer requests, to improve usability and workflow for end-users.

Configurability options enable you to tailor key system functions at the time of implementation and on an on-going basis, as needed, to meet your specific needs and changing environment. With the 5.1 release, more configuration functions are available directly to your trained system administrator without requiring involvement of Initiate staff or other implementers. As your business changes, you can adjust the parameters used to compare and link records yourself, ensuring you achieve optimal results without the expense of additional implementation services.
