ABSTRACT:
Groove Virtual Office more aptly characterizes the ways small businesses use and benefit from Groove software. Transcending collaboration, small businesses deploy Groove to share and organize company files, manage projects, and drive business processes virtually, without complex, costly server-based networks. Small businesses are attracted to Groove Virtual Office because its ease of use reduces training costs, and because its "no server, no IT-required" capabilities significantly reduce start-up costs.
Groove Virtual Office v3.0 is a major upgrade with hundreds of enhancements, some particularly beneficial for small businesses, including a new capability for securely synchronizing files between PC file systems, and an enhanced forms tool for easily creating custom business applications to track sales leads, product information, inventory levels, and more. The new forms tool comes with 10 out-of-the-box templates that are customizable to help small businesses get productive quickly. Hundreds of small businesses have been trialing version 3.0 since March, including iTranslate, Marion Weinreb & Associates, Mediathink, and Alaska Indoor Sports Distributing.
