ABSTRACT:
Policy Patrol Zip allows users to compress and decompress email attachments at server level. Compression rules can be user-based and applied to incoming or outgoing mail, and internal or external messages. By decreasing the size of emails, Policy Patrol Zip reduces network congestion and improves employee productivity. In addition Policy Patrol Zip reduces bandwidth usage and message storage requirements, providing significant cost savings. |
