ABSTRACT:
Xemplify IT announced today a major upgrade to their email management product PSTCompactor, boosting space-recovery capabilities to more than 30% of mailbox size on average.
The new version adds a powerful new rules engine, attachment compression and selective message processing, making the product even more attractive to companies struggling to control their ever growing email storage needs.
PSTCompactor enables centralized maintenance of Microsoft Outlook PST files and does not require installation on client PC's or on the Exchange server. It is easily integrated with existing maintenance scheduling software and supports automated mailbox discovery across the network.
