ECI's number one requirement was to choose a solution that could provide the highest level of reliability. Service and flexibility were also important. Even more important, they needed to be able to manage their growing IT infrastructure without hiring new people. "We needed the ability to buy what we need now and then to quickly add more servers as required. Although we considered Linux Networx as an option, a chassis of high performance blade servers from RLX running Red Hat Linux was a better fit," stated Bruno, "primarily because of the management capabilities RLX offered us."
