ABSTRACT:
In environments as diverse as electronics and cheese manufacturing, the Enterprise Warehouse Management System is tracking WIP and finished goods inventory, forging a link between the warehouse and manufacturing assembly areas, and providing accurate real time links to higher level systems (such as an Material Requirements Planning system).
The Enterprise Warehouse Management System architecture empowers users to achieve new levels of productivity and accuracy. At the same time, the architecture of the application makes the system extremely easy to use. Functions required for all warehouse and manufacturing operations can be performed either through the RF system interfaces, or through a sophisticated Graphical User Interface (GUI) session.
