The FASTPATH® 4000 platform is ideal for building stackable Ethernet switching products that require highly available Managed Layer 2, 3 and 4 services. Built with the Fastpath Distributed Architecture, dynamic fail-over of stack units provide enhanced levels of reliability in the event of a stack unit failure. Also, the ability to dynamically add units to a stack without reconfiguration minimizes network downtime.
