ABSTRACT:
FormsAssurity ensures that personal information entered in an online form is kept private in transit and storage and that information received can be linked to a specific customer.

FormsAssurity is the next generation in secure web based forms. It provides full content encryption and digital signing of forms and their attachments. Sensitive information is stored encrypted even when it is on the server, meeting all the new regulations for privacy (HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes-Oxley etc.).

FormsAssurity uses full strength PKI security. All form information (including form fields and attachments) is encrypted using the US Government FIPS 197 approved AES algorithm at it’s strongest strength, 256 bit. For digital signing of forms FormsAssurity accepts 1024 to 2048 bit keys. Free key generation software is provided.

FormsAssurity is unique both in the functionality and flexibility it delivers. It can be used as a secure web based forms system, an online document signing system and even web based email. The possibilities are endless.
