IntelliSpace® Burstable Bandwidth allows your company to "reserve" a higher level of bandwidth than you might normally use. You pay a monthly recurring fee for a base level of bandwidth, and can then "burst" to the higher bandwidth at any time, without having to call in to have your bandwidth adjusted. At the end of the month, your company is charged your base monthly recurring costs, and a usage rate fee for the “burstable” bandwidth used during the month.
