Full technical support, which provides speedy, personal assistance from our support staff is included for the first year, after which technical support can be purchased on an annual basis. Free access to bug fixes and new versions as they become available are included. The maintenance package also includes the integrated F-Secure Anti-Virus System, which protects your e-mail lists from harmful computer viruses.
