Product Description
The MediaIP Director is Prominence’s network and service management system with the end-to-end network view necessary to provision and manage the MediaIP Controllers. Using the Director’s graphical user interface, the administrator provisions the site-to-site aggregate reserved "paths" that provide guaranteed QoS. The Director leverages its end-to-end view and traffic engineering capabilities to perform optimal path provisioning. It uses a sophisticated bandwidth prediction model to dynamically adjust bandwidth throughout the day.
