This is the second of six part guide which explains the key steps of the Strategic Execution Framework, developed by the Stanford Advanced Management Programme.
The Nature domain focuses on an organization’s internal environment or the context in which it operates, linking culture, structure and strategy.
Nature is grounded in the reality that culture and structure must be aligned with a company’s purpose and identity and support a viable strategy to move the company forward. Any misalignment can create conditions that cripple effective and timely execution.
The Framework is designed to help organizations ensure they stay focused on the initiatives essential to accelerating innovation, increase performance, manage change as well as scale the business.
